Found strewn along the path of least resistance are the discards of principle. Here, the weight of personal responsibility gets cast aside for the convenience of collective excuse. For those who have chosen this course, their very existence now necessitates excesses of government intervention. In anticipation of their offense at this suggestion, offered here is an anecdotal contrapositive: Is your existence dependent an exaggerated government? For those who avoided the aforementioned path, their answer is likely no. They reject with great sobriety the idea of governmental reliance and see it for what it is… a crutch of compromise to their integrity.
The wisdom for our governance as conferred by the Constitution is unparalleled in distinction and stands in stark contrast to the unaccountable, bloated bureaucracy of government today.
We the People enjoy the rights of natural law given by God, and in addendum the guarantees of the Constitution. Those in front, standing on their own, at the pointy end, provide for the very existence of government and do so without expectation of excessive protection. This, while those in the rear, subsisting at the exploitation of governmental protections, seek its continual expansion. And with this, our government happily complies, thus enabling an evasion of responsibility.
